| BOOKING CONDITIONS |

THE AGREEMENT OR CONTRACT. The contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. Alternatively it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland or the law of Northern Ireland and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of those countries respectively if you are domiciled there. |

CHANGE OF NAME. Name changes are permitted subject to a charge of £20 per passenger in question. |

CHANGE OF DATE. Change of date of departure is permitted subject to availability and 60 days prior to departure atplicable current rate advertised (for the new date) together with a charge of £20 per passenger in question. |

CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE PROGRAMME. From time to time the schedule of the vessel may have to change in accordance with local conditions. |

DATA PROTECTION. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect the information you provide us in order to process your booking. |

| INSURANCE |
| |
| We have a competitive travel insurance scheme arranged by JLT Risk Solutions Limited on behalf of Magna Carta Steamship Company and underwritten in accordance with the authorisation held by Europ Assistance Holdings Limited. Details may be obtained on application. A detailed copy of the cover will be forwarded to you with your confirmation invoice. A specimen policy is also available on request should you require further information before booking. |

| Available only to U.K. residents who are in the U.K. at the time of payment of the premium. Non-U.K. residents are advised to make arrangements within their own country. Your premium should be forwarded to us with your holiday deposit in order to ensure that you are protected by the coverage under the holiday cancellation section of the insurance. It is a requirement of the booking that you purchase either this insurance scheme or an alternative insurance policy, providing at least comparable cover. |

SUMMARY OF COVER. Cancellation & Curtailment: Up to final invoice cost - Cancellation due to certain specified causes as detailed within the travel insurance policy e.g. your death, injury or illness before travelling. (Excess - £100 except loss of deposit - £10). |

| Medical & Repatriation Expenses: Up to £5,000,000 - includes repatriation by air ambulance where medically necessary and a 24-hour medical emergency service; Europ Assistance Holdings Limited. (Excess - £100). |

| Hospital Benefit: Up to £1,000 - Hospital Benefit is paid in addition to any claim for doctors bills, hospital bills etc. under the Medical & Repatriation Expenses section. (Excess - NIL). |

| Personal Effects & Baggage: Up to £2,500 - Limit £200 on any item, set or pair. Limit £200 for valuable items e.g. jewellery, photographic equipment etc. (Excess - £50). |

| Personal Money & Travel Documents: Up to £1,000 - for money and travellers cheques (cash limit £200). (Excess - £50). |

| Baggage Delay: £150 for the purchase of essential items if your own baggage is delayed by the carrier. (Excess - NIL). |
| |
| Travel Delay: Up to £500 (Excess - NIL) or final invoice cost if holiday abandoned (Excess - £50) - If your original outward journey from the U.K. or return journey to the U.K. is delayed due to circumstances outside your control, the Insurers will pay £25 for each full 12-hour period. |

| Hijack: Up to £500 - If your flight is hijacked the Insurers will pay £50 for each full 24-hour period. (Excess -NIL). |
| |
| Missed Departure: Up to £800 for extra travel and accommodation costs if you cannot reach your original departure point on the outward or return journey because public transport services fail. (Excess - NIL). |

| Personal Accident: Maximum £25,000 - In respect of accidental bodily injury resulting in death, loss of eye(s), limb(s), or permanent total disablement. (Excess - NIL). |

| Personal Liability: Up to £2,000,000 if you are legally liable for accidentally injuring someone or damaging or losing somebody else's property. (Excess - NIL). |

| Legal Expenses: Up to £25,000 for legal costs and expenses arising as a result of dealing with claims for compensation and damages resulting from your death, illness or injury during your trip. (Excess - NIL). |

IMPORTANT INSURANCE NOTICES. In accordance with the Association of British Insurers General Business Code of Practice, the Insurers hereby draw your attention to some important features of your travel insurance policy. |

| Insurance Policy: This contains full details of the cover provided plus the conditions and exclusions which apply to it. You must read the insurance policy carefully. |
| |
| Conditions, Exclusions and Warranties: There are conditions and exclusions which apply in individual sections and general conditions, exclusions and warranties which apply to the whole policy. |
| |
| Health: This policy contains restrictions regarding pre-existing medical conditions which unless declared and accepted by the Insurers in writing prior to travel may invalidate any subsequent claim. If you know of a pre-existing medical condition affecting you, a close relative, travelling companion or person with whom you intend to stay whilst on your trip you must also declare this to us. To declare a pre-existing medical condition or a change in your state of health you should contact us during office hours on: 0870 737 5847. |

| A pre-existing medical condition is any medical, psychological sickness, disease, condition, injury or symptom of which you are aware, which has occurred at any time prior to the commencement of cover under this policy or prior to the Trip. |

| Property Claims: Property claims are settled on the value of the goods at the time you lose them not on a "new for old" basis. |
| |
| Policy Limits: Most sections of the policy have limits on the amount the Insurer will pay under that section. Some sections also include inner limits e.g. for any one item, or for valuables in total. |
| |
| Policy Excesses: Claims under most sections of the policy will be subject to an excess. Where there is an excess, you will be responsible for paying the first part of a claim. |
| |
| Reasonable Care: You are required to take all reasonable care to protect yourself and your property and act as though you are not insured. |
| |
| Complaints: The insurance policy includes a Complaints Procedure which tells you what steps you can take if you wish to make a complaint. |
| |
| Hazardous Holiday Activities: The policy may not cover you when you take part in certain hazardous activities. E.g. Scuba diving below 30 metres or without a qualified and approved instructor. If you are uncertain whether cover is provided please contact the Helpline 01444 442 442. |

| PAYMENT |
| |
SECURITY OF PAYMENTS TO MAGNA CARTA. Any payment made to Magna Carta Steamship Company Limited in respect of any arrangement pre-booked with them is placed in a Trust Fund (Travel Trust Association) and is not paid over to MCSC until such services as have been paid for been completed. |
