CLOSE WINDOW     BOOKING CONDITIONS   THE AGREEMENT OR CONTRACT. The contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. Alternatively it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland or the law of Northern Ireland and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of those countries respectively if you are domiciled there.   CHANGE OF NAME. Name changes are permitted subject to a charge of £20 per passenger in question.   CHANGE OF DATE. Change of date of departure is permitted subject to availability and 60 days prior to departure atplicable current rate advertised (for the new date) together with a charge of £20 per passenger in question.   CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE PROGRAMME. From time to time the schedule of the vessel may have to change in accordance with local conditions.   DATA PROTECTION. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect the information you provide us in order to process your booking.   INSURANCE   We do not offer Travel Insurance but we recommend that all clients travelling with us take out Travel Insurance Cover prior to travelling with us.   PAYMENT   SECURITY OF PAYMENTS TO MAGNA CARTA.
